We offer 2-5-10 Warranty through Pacific Home Warranty; which has an excellent insurance program for customers who purchase homes built by licensed builders. Their process of selecting qualified companies into this program has a strict underwriting process, which looks at various aspects of the applicant’s history. The applicant must have history building homes and established industry contacts.
Two years’ materials and labor warranty, five year building envelope and ten-year warranty for structural defects. The 2-5-10 warranty is one of the most comprehensive third party warranty programs in North America, and even the world.
